Özgür GÜLCEM (born 1985) is a management consultant specializing in integrated management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and organizational developer. The mechanical engineer and graduate industrial engineer began his professional career in 2007 in an Austrian, globally active company in the manufacturing industry and in the automotive supply chain.

The challenges of designing and implementing an integrated (efficient) management system in such a way that it has a successful and sustainable effect globally, from Asia to America and also in European plants, shaped his passion: develop, implement and continually improve systems, processes, methods and tools according to cultural requirements. His trilingual language skills are very helpful in this ambition.
