Özgür GÜLCEM (born 1985) is a management consultant specializing in integrated management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and organizational developer. The mechanical engineer and graduate industrial engineer began his professional career in 2007 in an Austrian, globally active company in the manufacturing industry and in the automotive supply chain.

The challenges of designing and implementing an integrated (efficient) management system in such a way that it has a successful and sustainable effect globally, from Asia to America and also in European plants, shaped his passion: develop, implement and continually improve systems, processes, methods and tools according to cultural requirements. His trilingual language skills are very helpful in this ambition.

The dialogue with the customer is extremely important to him, since sustainable improvements can only be achieved by working out solutions together. Authenticity, a practical attitude and the tailoring of training programs to the individual needs of the customer are very important to him as well.

Good preparation and consistent reference to practical examples, including those related to our company, created awareness within the group that implementing ISO 9001:2015 doesn't just depend on one person (QM), but that EVERYONE must contribute to generate added value for the company.
The effectiveness of the consulting services is most clearly demonstrated by the successful ISO 9001 certification, which was achieved within a surprisingly short time thanks to the practice-oriented consulting. The internal audit with the accompanying definition of measures during the current reporting period provided an essential building block for this. In summary, this period was once again a complete success!
